Please read these terms carefully before using bi888. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bi888 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bi888 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://bi888.vu and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these T&C in their entirety.
These T&C apply to all users of bi888, including visitors who browse the platform without a registered account and registered users who place real-money wagers. If you do not agree to these T&C, you must not access or use bi888. bi888 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time; continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility
Access to bi888 and the ability to place real-money wagers is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Players who do not meet all requirements must not use the platform.

- 1.2You must be accessing and using bi888 on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate, agency or proxy use of the platform is prohibited.
- 1.3You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with bi888 or any other gambling platform.
- 1.4You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- 1.5You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Compliance with local laws is your sole responsibility.
3. Account Registration and KYC
To place real-money wagers on bi888, you must register an account and, where required, complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. The following rules apply to all accounts.
- 2.1Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If bi888 detects that a player has opened multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances within them will be forfeited.
- 2.2You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these T&C.
- 2.3bi888 may request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification) at any time and at its sole discretion. Failure to provide documents within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
- 2.4You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your mobile number, password and any one-time verification codes. bi888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
- 2.5bi888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
bi888 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform.
Deposits
- 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however bi888 may impose temporary deposit limits on accounts subject to enhanced due diligence.
- 3.2Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bi888 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a third-party account may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
- 3.3bi888 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. The full deposited amount will be credited to your bi888 account balance. Fees charged by your mobile wallet provider (if any) are outside bi888's control.
Withdrawals
- 3.4The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bi888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- 3.5Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes of submission. During periods of high demand or where enhanced verification is required, processing times may be longer. bi888 will notify players of any significant delays.
- 3.6bi888 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these T&C.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
bi888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
- 4.1Bonuses are available to players who have a registered account in good standing and have completed any required KYC verification. Players who have applied for self-exclusion are not eligible to receive bonuses.
- 4.2All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
- 4.3bi888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the player's account.
- 4.4Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses constitutes a breach of these T&C and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- 4.5Bonuses credited in error must be reported to bi888 support immediately. bi888 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amounts at any time.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Players using bi888 must conduct themselves in accordance with fair play standards and applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of all funds.
- 5.1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other program designed to interact with the bi888 platform in a non-human manner, including automated betting systems.
- 5.2Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, team play in live casino games, or co-ordinated sports betting to exploit pricing errors.
- 5.3Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies on the platform. Players who discover an error are required to notify bi888 support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it. Any winnings derived from exploiting an error will be voided.
- 5.4Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner designed to launder money or to conceal the origin or destination of funds. bi888 complies with anti-money laundering best practices and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
- 5.5Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, are subject to self-exclusion, or are otherwise ineligible under these T&C.
7. Responsible Gaming
bi888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. Players who feel that gambling is causing them financial or personal harm are encouraged to use these tools immediately or contact our support team.
- 6.1Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- 6.2Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 1 day) or a permanent self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, withdrawals or wagers will be permitted.
- 6.3Reality Checks: bi888 provides session time reminders that notify players of the duration of their current session. Players are encouraged to review their session length regularly and to take breaks as needed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the bi888 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of bi888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written permission of bi888.
Game content provided by third-party game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. bi888 operates these games under licence and players may not copy, distribute or modify any game content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bi888 limits its liability to players as follows. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- 8.1bi888 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect loss or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if bi888 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
- 8.2bi888's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 8.3bi888 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. bi888 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
bi888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account under the circumstances described below. Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting support.
- 9.1bi888 may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these T&C, or where the player is found to be ineligible.
- 9.2Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these T&C, bi888 may retain any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
- 9.3Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact bi888 support. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, bi888 will process the closure within 24 hours and return any remaining balance to the player's registered payment method.
11. Amendments to These T&C
bi888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. Where bi888 makes a material change to these T&C, we will publish the updated version on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the change is material and affects existing player rights, bi888 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by direct communication to registered players.
Your continued use of bi888 following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not accept the revised T&C, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bi888's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory local laws that apply to you.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure available on the platform.
